About the event
Parents and children, please come dressed in comfortable, workout wear. Children who are Thrive members do not need to wear their Gi's to this class. Thank you!
This class is designed for parents + kids to learn together! This class is an incredible opportunity for both parents and their children to learn and bond while developing valuable self defense skills that they can practice at home when not on the mats with us. This event is open to both Thrive and Non-Thrive members.
